rentals in Princeville. Rates for the Hula Hut begin at
only $140.00 per night for this Ocean View Condo. I offer
discounts on weekly and monthly
reservations. Reservations are on a first-come, first-serve
basis.
I have a handy rate schedule
below for the most common lengths of stay. A 50% deposit
is required at time of booking. Checks should be made payable

These tax rates are set by the State of Hawaii and are automatically added to
all "Transient" revenue. Beware of properties that do not disclose this
additional cost up front.
A 50% deposit is required at the
time of confirmation, check or money order.
A reservation of less than one
calendar month: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation
occurs 45 days prior to arrival.
A reservation of one calendar
month or more: Deposit will be refunded if cancellation
occurs 60 days prior to arrival.
If cancellation occurs in the
last 45 /60 days, two nights of the deposit is non -refundable.
The balance of the deposit is refundable only if I get a
replacement booking to cover your initial booking.

The check in time is 3:00 P.M.
and the check out time is 10:00 A.M. This is necessary for
the condo to be cleaned between visitors. Please ask ahead
of time if these times can be changed. If able I will try
and accommodate you.

in your reservation packet and is also available
on this website. At the entrance to Princeville there is someone located in
the guard station that can assist in further instructions, if needed.
Access to the condo at Sealodge
E3 is by touch button entry system. Your entry code will
be sent to you in your confirmation packet. A parking permit
will be sent to you in your packet as well.
